Joerns Opens National Customer Experience and Collaboration Center

Joerns announces the opening of our National Customer Experience and Collaboration Center in Charlotte, NC. Being central to the east coast and easily accessible to the rest of the country, Joerns projects a significant volume of traffic representing each healthcare continuum segment. The center is focused on enabling innovation, education and best practice thought leadership into a single collaboration center that allows care providers to streamline decision making with partners and influencers. Joerns has already hosted a number of collaboration meetings with healthcare architects, gerontologists, provider executives and other industry partners. The Center is also open to Joerns customers and partners to host on-site meetings and education forums – free of charge. The state of the art, 120-seat education center provides a comfortable setting for any type of meeting such as regional clinical meetings, operations meetings, product reviews or CEU courses from Joerns and our partners. The Center’s staff will assist with meeting logistics including agenda preparation, arranging shuttles to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, on-site meeting assistance and coordination, as well as accepting shipments of products and materials coming in for your meeting. With the airport being 10 minutes from the Center and comfortable hotel accommodations across the street, available at the Joerns corporate rate, your next meeting can be even more productive and efficient. Joerns Acquires Dolphin Mattress Technology

Joerns announces acquisition of all intellectual property for the Dolphin Fluid Immersion Simulation Mattress Systems from Biologics Inc. Joerns adds the Dolphin product portfolio to an ever-expanding offering of wound prevention and healing products and services.

The Dolphin’s Fluid Immersion Simulation technology simulates the effects of a body "floating" in a fluid, alleviating vertical shear forces that deform soft tissue and thus supports optimized skin integrity and wound healing. Dolphin and its patented technology have been adopted by leading healthcare providers throughout the healthcare continuum to prevent and treat pressure ulcers, which are both clinically complex and costly to manage.  Led by a strong and experienced management team, Joerns has a successful track record of organic and acquisitive growth. Joerns Opens Global Supply Chain Center

Joerns announces the opening of our 100,000 sq ft. Global Supply Chain Center in Arlington, TX. This Center will serve as our U.S. distribution hub and house our global supply chain personnel who support our manufacturing locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Vietnam, Taiwan and China. This location will also house a regional showroom that is easily accessible to our customers in the southwestern United States.

Joerns has relocated their National Service and Logistics Center (Center) to Chatsworth, CA, with the objective to enable innovative technology and management that revolutionize the customer’s service and logistics experience. While already a nationally-recognized and Joint Commission accredited service provider, Joerns continues to develop and upgrade their resources providing unmatched comprehensive service to their customers.

This state-of-the-art facility provides the space and technology required to ensure optimal customer-focused real-time customer service monitoring, as well as inventory, dispatch and technical resource management across the country. With this enhanced visibility and tracking, critical phone service levels and service technician delivery times are optimized, in line with customer expectations.
